Sr. Director, Internal and Executive Communications

We are seeking a visionary Sr. Director of Internal and Executive Communications to lead Gap Inc.’s internal narrative and executive voice strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications within global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record advising senior executives and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional storyteller with strong written, verbal, and speechwriting skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive cultural and change initiatives.
• Creative, innovative, and action-oriented, with a bias for execution.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and navigating complex environments.
• Experience managing budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
