AI Program Coordinator

Garda Capital Partners is seeking an AI Program Coordinator to join its Research & Technology group, responsible for ensuring the operational backbone of the firm's AI initiative moves forward with clarity and discipline. The role requires strong organizational and project tracking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years' experience in project coordination, program operations, business analysis, or similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Coursework or familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus but not required
