Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business management or related field
- Fluency in French, spoken and written
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as a manager, including overseeing a team
- Established in creating and executing action plans to achieve goals
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Experience and track record leading, motivating, and coaching people
- Strong commitment to teamwork
- Highly flexible and adaptable to support 24/7 operation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Strong understanding of legal requirements and responsibilities in a unionized environment
- Ability to obtain and retain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) and Transport Canada Clearance
