Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License with 6 or less demerits
• Possession of a valid Non-Restricted and Restricted Firearms License (PAL: Possession & Acquisitions License)
• Very good leadership, negotiation, and judgment skills
• Strong focus on teamwork and partnership
• Sense of urgency, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking and active listening developed
