Senior BI Analyst

ECAM is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to support high-priority, cross-functional reporting needs and serve as a resource to analysts across the organization. The role involves working with BU teams, troubleshooting, sharing best practices, and helping elevate work across the org. The Senior BI Analyst will partner with BU teams, work alongside analysts, troubleshoot, share best practices, and continuously improve analytics processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years in BI, analytics, or reporting
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools (data modeling, DAX or equivalent, visualization)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Clear communicator who can influence across teams and levels
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable analysis
• Experience partnering with senior leadership
• Experience across multiple BI platforms or reporting tools
• Familiarity with modern data tools (dbt, Streamlit, etc.)
• Python or R for analysis or automation
• Interest in experimenting with new technologies and approaches
• Background mentoring or supporting other analysts
• Familiarity with data governance or documentation standards
