We are seeking a qualified security agent to join our team as a Safety Supervisor in the mining sector in Val-d'Or. As a team leader, you will be responsible for protecting assets, installations, and personnel while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include controlling worker entries and exits, responding to calls, and managing schedules and personnel.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
• High level of punctuality
• Excellent computer skills
• Functional English (approximately 25% of interactions)
• Good writing skills
• Autonomous, sociable, calm, diplomatic, and benevolent personality
• Experience in personnel management; coaching role for other agents
• Experience in security (an asset)
