Job Description
We are seeking a sharp Property Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for assigned properties, perform monthly close, and prepare and review monthly financials and budget/trend variances.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in property management
- Strong proficiency in Excel and property-management software (AppFolio/Yardi)
- Excellent attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communicator and able to work independently and as part of the team
