Job Description
You will work as a Business Development Representative for Garibaldi Glass, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients in the Washington territory, building relationships, and closing deals. You will lead presentations and site visits, provide technical advice, and collaborate with internal teams. This is a remote role requiring a high level of independence and initiative.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in construction, building materials, or related technical industries
- Post-secondary education in business, construction management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven success managing mid- to large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and stakeholder dynamics
- Technically proficient with MS O365, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and digital research tools
