Job Description
Garner is seeking a Data Analyst II to join their Data team, derive actionable insights across Product, Marketing, Talent, RevOps and other cross-functional teams, and help stakeholders gain accurate insights faster, reduce reporting overhead, and build the foundation for long-term data excellence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a similar data-centric role
- Proven experience building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions
- Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end to end
- Attention to detail with a mindset for automation and scalability
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and a strong understanding of its limitations and strengths
- Bonus: Experience with dbt, Snowflake, or data engineering workflows
