Job Description

They are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to retain and upsell clients, build strong relationships, and drive plan performance. The role requires a hands-on approach, collaboration with product, data, and technology teams, and a focus on achieving desired KPIs.
Requirements
- Deep health plan design and benefits knowledge
- Ten years of experience in a commercially-oriented account management or sales role in the employee benefits space
- Proven results of achieving NRR and upsell targets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to solve ambiguous situations
- Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
