Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Consulting/People/HR roles, with 5+ years leading teams
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling people systems, including performance management, compensation, and engagement
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset, with experience building dashboards, defining KPIs, and making data-informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executives, influence leaders, and hold teams accountable to people and hiring goals
- A hands-on, builder mindset with the ability to operate strategically while diving into details when needed
