Head of People

Garner is a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking a Head of People to lead the People function, building scalable systems, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the company grows extraordinary talent as it scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Consulting/People/HR roles, with 5+ years leading teams
• Proven expertise in designing and scaling people systems, including performance management, compensation, and engagement
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical and metrics-driven mindset, with experience building dashboards, defining KPIs, and making data-informed decisions
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executives, influence leaders, and hold teams accountable to people and hiring goals
• A hands-on, builder mindset with the ability to operate strategically while diving into details when needed
