Job Description
Garner is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join its Search area, responsible for defining a long-term product roadmap and architecting a seamless UX. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Product Management experience and a strong analytical foundation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- High degree of autonomy and an 'owner' mindset
- Ability to partner deeply with engineers and data scientists
- Strong analytical foundation and data-first approach to decision-making
- Experience translating patterns across disparate client requirements
- Ability to use SQL, Figma and AI prototyping tools to solve problems independently
