We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as the functional 'engine room' for our revenue teams, ensuring daily operations run without friction and managing ad-hoc data requests and workflow issues.
Requirements
- Serve as the first point of escalation for issues, questions, exceptions, and edge cases related to the execution of Sales and Client Management workflows
- Own the intake and execution of ad-hoc data requests, building reports and performing rapid-response analysis to help leadership make real-time decisions
- Partner with GTM Systems & Data to ensure data integrity within Salesforce and our GTM stack by performing regular hygiene tasks and identifying data gaps
- Maintain and update recurring performance dashboards to ensure every member of the revenue team has the visibility they need to track progress against goals
- Refining and tracking key performance metrics to understand and measure the performance of Garner's commercial organization
