Job Description
Garner Health is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Health Intelligence team. This role will focus on improving provider performance, building and evolving provider data insights, and mentoring team members to drive innovation in healthcare data. Requirements
- Partner with product managers and clinical experts to lead projects shaping provider cost and quality
- Build and maintain data-driven algorithms to improve provider recommendations estimates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and operations teams
- Define data science standards and mentor team members
