Staff Product Designer

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Growth team at Garner, a company that's revolutionizing the healthcare economy by evaluating doctor performance and providing unique incentives. As a Staff Product Designer, you'll develop core experiences, own the Design System, and work across teams to ensure a consistent and usable app experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience shipping consumer-facing products
• Proven experience developing and managing design systems
• A highly refined aesthetic sense and a preference for simple and clean experiences
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly communicate design rationale and concepts to stakeholders
• A humble and user-focused approach to design
