Job Description
GlossGenius is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead and own design in our Core product area, focused on empowering beauty and wellness businesses to operate and grow with seamless, reliable tools. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a Product Design/UX/UI or related role, with prior experience designing booking platforms, scheduling tools, team management, or financial/payment products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Product Design/UX/UI or related role
- Prior experience designing booking platforms, scheduling tools, team management, or financial/payment products
- Demonstrated experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping for product experiences
- Experience with advanced prototyping tools (e.g. Principle, Framer, Sketch, Figma, InVision)
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools to shape design strategy and deliver impactful AI-driven experiences
- Passion for empowering small business owners to be successful
- Experience navigating ambiguous high-growth, fast-paced product-driven environments
