Job Description
This Senior Analyst position within the Business Intelligence & Analytics team will focus on building and implementing a Data/BI/Analytics platform to drive data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency across the organization. The role involves collaborating with various business units, identifying problems and opportunities, and providing analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Math, Engineering, etc.)
- 4 - 6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
- Experience leading a small team of analysts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Sisense, BigQuery, Snowflake, RedShift)
