Client Success Manager

The Client Success Manager role ensures that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. The role involves building relationships with clients, introducing Gartner services, and facilitating client calls to drive high value and return of investment.

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• We're hiring for the following languages; English, Spanish, French and Portuguese
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
