Job Description
Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) team is seeking a Data Analytics Lead to shape the data vision for Services, translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions, and ensure data is trusted, governed, and decision-ready across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or advanced data roles
- Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, and Databricks
- Proven experience building analytical datasets, data pipelines, and scalable data solutions on modern data platforms
- Solid understanding of data management, data quality, and data governance principles
- Experience leading or mentoring analytics and/or data engineering professionals
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and engage senior business and technology stakeholders
- Comfort operating in a cross-functional, enterprise environment, balancing speed, scale, and governance
