The Recruiter provides a pivotal role in Gartner's success, sourcing and assessing great talent for the organization. The role involves sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.

Requirements

• 4-7 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
• A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Determination and a focus on delivering results
