The role involves sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization, developing a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching, and utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• 4-7 years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
• A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Determination and a focus on delivering results
