Job Description
The Sr Director Analyst position at Gartner requires a Senior Director to lead the Business Technology Insights (BTI) sector, creating innovative research insights on AI-native software engineering and architecture. The role involves building thought-provoking research, engaging with clients, and presenting at global conferences. The ideal candidate should have a bold vision for AI-native software design and architecture, with a strong background in leading agile product teams and software architectures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and direct experience with leading LLMs, including OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
- Knowledge and direct experience with Generative AI technologies used by custom-built software, and the architecture required to deliver them.
- Ability to formulate and articulate technology and business adoption scenarios for modernizing application development organizations and architecture.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables.
