The Vice President, Enterprise Technology Initiatives, will own and coordinate the delivery and adoption of technology changes across the enterprise, ensuring changes are planned, communicated, executed and sustained with appropriate stakeholder engagement and measurement.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in IT, technology transformation, program leadership, or enterprise initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
- Proven experience managing and communicating large scale employee impacting changes
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains, particularly Technology Operations and Information Security
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate competing priorities
- Experience managing small, high-impact teams
- Experience driving associate or employee experience initiatives at enterprise scale
- Familiarity with digital workplace technologies, identity/access, endpoint management, or collaboration platforms
- Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior governance forums
- Background in professional services or large-scale transformation environments
- Exceptional ability to translate 'tech-speak' into value-driven narratives for non-technical associates
