The Research Grants Administrator supports the Research Grants and Development Office in achieving excellence in research administration and grant management at Garvan, a Medical Research Institute in Sydney. The role involves providing administrative support, managing data, and developing research funding proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Previous experience working in a busy office environment
• Familiarity with Office software and research management data
• Ability to prioritise tasks, work independently, and contribute effectively to a team
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Understanding of and commitment to the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research
