Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our team in providing exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, maintaining a clean environment, and engaging with customers. Strong customer service, POS system experience, and food safety knowledge are essential.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience or coffee experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros).
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
