Job Description
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, cleanliness, inventory, and cash control. This role involves providing excellent customer service, following company policies, and identifying potential maintenance needs. CSRs also assist with sales and merchandising.
