Job Description
The Legal Intern will support the Corporate Legal Department in day-to-day legal, compliance, and contractual matters, providing practical, hands-on experience in an in-house legal environment.
Requirements
- Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and corporate documents
- Conduct legal and business research related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and internal policies
- Organize and maintain electronic contract and matter management systems
- Support corporate filings, entity management, and record-keeping (e.g., board materials, resolutions)
- Help track legal requests, deadlines, and approvals
- Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement) on legal-related inquiries
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Legal Department as needed
