Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of their store, including sales, administrative duties, budgeting, and staff management. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, financial management, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining store standards. The manager will also be responsible for developing and training store employees.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- College Associate or Business Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience supervising a multi-unit fast-paced business operation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy
- Proven people skills, ability to motivate and resolve conflicts
- Demonstrates effective problem solving and analytical skills
- Available to be on-call 24/7
