Job Description
GATC Health is seeking a Bioinformatics Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role involves implementing and analyzing bioinformatics pipelines for transcriptional, proteomic, and multi-omic data, supporting new pharmaceutical asset development and customer-facing data analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bioinformatics, computational biology, and transcriptomics.
Requirements
- Degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science or similar.
- Experience analyzing complex multi-omic datasets.
- Experience implementing and evaluating novel bioinformatics algorithms and pipelines.
- Experience programming in scripting (Python or similar) and interpreted languages (R, etc.).
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with scientists and non-scientists.
