The GATE Express Wash Manager ensures customer service is the first priority for Express Wash operations by providing a safe and friendly experience for our guests. The Site Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.
Requirements
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and split shifts
- Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language at a level sufficient to communicate effectively with staff
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Must be able to operate a computer
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach (including overhead)
- Must have adequate strength, balance, and coordination to perform essential functions
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors, including endurance of temperature and weather changes outside
- Must have at least one year in a prior management position or equivalent experience
