Flight Coordinator - $23/hour

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. The Flight Coordinator will ensure assigned flights are reviewed with the customers’ onboard service crew, handle calls, and communicate problems and delays.

Requirements

• Ensures assigned flights are reviewed with the customers’ onboard service crew.
• Handles calls, keeps logs, communicates problems and delays, and handles relevant paperwork.
• Communicates with the onboard service staff about flight components, passenger counts, special meals, crew meals, etc.
• Works as a member of a team
• Arrives at work on time
• Complies with company policies
• Completes paperwork and related administrative duties
