Requirements

• Must be certain that all operational systems and procedures adhere always to ISO 9000 and ISO/TS16949 standards and any other established company or industry quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with ISO14001, ISO18000, ISO50001, Environmental and Health & Safety accreditation.
• Prepare and report on site KPI's relating to e.g. accidents, incidents, risks and statistics, as dictated by external bodies and by Gates HSE Excellence, and drive improvement in results where necessary.
• Liaise with the enforcing authorities, develop and maintain a good working relationship with them.
• Support the DOFO and Operations Manager and wider teams in effective operation of the ISO 50001 standard.
• Review onsite training material and where necessary conduct basic awareness training in relevant health, safety and environmental matters for all employees.
