Job Description
Gates is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst to join their Industrial Pricing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pricing activities in the Industrial First Fit Market across the US, Mexico, and Canada. Key responsibilities include generating quotes, developing pricing strategies, and analyzing data to drive profitable decisions.
Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent (8 years of experience) with 5+ years of pricing experience
- Strong foundation in business principles, pricing strategy, and financial metrics
- Advanced analytical capability with a proven ability to translate data into insights
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of the broader Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP and pricing systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, CPQ)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
