Test Lab Engineer

As a test lab engineer, you'll join a global team to support applications design, product development, commercialization, and customer validation. This role involves testing products and systems in power transmission, analyzing test results, and contributing to process improvements. The position offers opportunities for development and equipment innovation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, measuring systems, and data collection
• Mechanical aptitude, solid understanding of dynamics, power transmission components and applications
• Experience with DOE, failure mode testing and the development process
• Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Microsoft Project
• Solid interpersonal, oral, written, and presentation skills
• Solid planning, organization, and data management skills
• Familiarity with CAD design tools (SolidWorks) with proficiency in reading and understanding basic mechanical drawings
