Job Description
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking customer-oriented, service professionals to join their Food & Beverage team in the Rama, Ontario, location. The role involves providing high-quality dining experiences, managing customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Employees will work at various locations including restaurants and bars, following specific service level requirements.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment
- Outgoing, confident and personable attitude
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Excellent verbal English communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to carry out essential duties that include occasional lifting of dishes, trays, cutlery and other related service products
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to acquire Smart Serve certification
