Food & Beverage Lead (FRS)

The Food & Beverage Lead plays a vital role in supporting the campus Food & Beverage Manager by providing hands-on leadership and key administrative support across café and food service operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, café operations, or hospitality
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Relational leadership style, with proven ability to build team culture and partner effectively with both volunteers and campus staff
• Knowledge of food safety practices; Food Manager certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to serve in both café and food service environments
