Food & Beverage Team Lead (DAL)

The Food & Beverage Team Lead plays a vital role in supporting the campus Food & Beverage Manager by providing both hands-on leadership and key administrative support across café and food service operations.

Requirements

• Provide on-the-ground leadership during shifts to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming guest experience.
• Supervise and support F&B team members and volunteers, including building relationships, actively recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining volunteers to create healthy campus teams.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and stocking of products and supplies (Sysco, Sam’s Club, Aramark, transfers, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with health, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
• Upload receipts, process invoices, and complete administrative documentation accurately and on time.
