Substance Abuse Counselor III - Humble, TX

Gateway Foundation is a national non-profit dedicated to helping individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. The organization is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor III to provide counseling services to clients in a residential correctional center. The Counselor III will be responsible for completing comprehensive assessments and treatment planning, developing and implementing complex treatment and discharge plans, and providing clinical supervision as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a related field
• Current professional license in the state of Texas
• At least 4 years clinical experience
• Previous work experience in a corrections environment
• Ability to obtain security clearance
