Job Description
Prepare and maintain insurance records, process applications and inquiries, and assist clients with policy information. Coordinate with clients and prospects regarding insurance product offerings and conduct presentations. Provide administrative and logistical assistance in training sessions for agents.
Requirements
- At least college-level or graduate preferred
- Experience in administrative, clerical, or insurance-related work is an advantage
- Knowledge of insurance products and processes is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
