We are seeking a commercially minded Business Transformation Project Manager to lead and deliver high‐impact change initiatives across the business.
Requirements
- Lead Business Transformation Projects
- Manage end‐to‐end delivery of transformation initiatives including new technologies, legislative changes, systems updates, and commercial changes.
- Break complex problems into actionable project plans, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly tracked.
- Assess and report on ROI, commercial opportunities, and financial impacts of initiatives (e.g., job boards, umbrella management, legislative shifts).
- Drive Process & Operational Excellence
- Analyse where processes break down, identify root causes, and develop solutions that fix issues sustainably, not superficially.
- Define, document, and optimise workflows across Sales, Operations, Compliance, and central functions.
- Establish repeatable processes that reduce friction and support scalability across the business.
- Influence & Engage Stakeholders at All Levels
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Ops, Compliance, Marketing, and Finance to ensure project success.
- Act as a visible “face of change” — walking the floor, gathering feedback, launching new initiatives, and encouraging adoption.
- Facilitate honest conversations around unpopular but necessary decisions (e.g., removing tools like SourceBreaker, blocking umbrellas during RFP periods).
- Commercial Decision‐Making & Business Intelligence
- Evaluate the commercial performance of job boards, vendor tools, and other investments — making data‐driven recommendations.
- Monitor legislative changes and translate them into operational and commercial responses for the business.
- Track performance metrics, report outcomes, and provide insight-led updates to SLT.
- Manage Key External Partnerships
- Oversee vendor relationships for umbrellas, job boards, and technology solutions.
- Ensure SLAs, compliance, and commercial agreements support business needs.
- Lead negotiations, performance reviews, and periodic supplier audits.
