The Electrical Superintendent is accountable for providing leadership, management, and supervision for electrical projects within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Requirements
- Demonstrate ability to manage teams of electricians
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel
- Maintain required licensing and training requirements
- Lead and manage crews comprising apprentices, journeypersons, crew leaders, lead persons, and field supervisors
- Lay out project work and coordinate timely scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to meet project scope, budget, and schedule
- Quality Assurance and Client Satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, project costs, time constraints, and quality standards
- Report to the General Superintendent, Project Manager, or Project Executive
- Engage with owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in project-related activities
