Job Description
The Infrastructure Specialist position is an opportunity for professional development and growth at GBM. The role involves supporting sales representatives, generating demand for products, and presenting designed solutions. This is a hybrid position located in Guatemala.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience within GBM and/or one year in the same position
- Performance in band 1-2
- Experience in pre-sales position or similar with extensive experience in Networking
- University Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- CCNA Certification
- Solid knowledge in Cisco Enterprise, Collaboration, and Data Center technologies
- Technical or intermediate English
