Job Description
Responsible for assisting in the operations of the data center infrastructure and applications, monitoring, visible controls, remote hands, support in case of incidents, assistance in changes and/or new installations. Execution of automated or batch processes using log files, operation guides and/or requisitions.
Requirements
- Experience as a computer operator, technical support or monitoring
- Graduated technical medium of professional technical school in careers related to Technology
- Desirable ITIL knowledge
- Technical English
