On-site support technician responsible for managing Incidents, Requirements, Tasks, and Activities related to the IT service at the client site.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of on-site support experience providing support for various HW and SW components
- Technical Professional College Certificate or advanced university student in Information Technologies
- Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL methodology for incident and requirement management
