The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering and experience in fraud detection, risk management, or data analysis. The role involves monitoring and analyzing fraud detection parameters, conducting quality assurance reviews, and investigating fraud incidents.

Requirements

• Experience in fraud detection, risk management, or data analysis
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex findings effectively
• Knowledge of fraud monitoring systems and processes (an advantage)
• Willngness to work 24/7 Fraud Operations on rotating and shifting schedule
