• Deep understanding of the lending lifecycle, from registration to collection, at a transactional level
• Eye for detail in identifying patterns and gaps in operational processes, being able to recommend and take advantage of opportunities of improvements
• Maintains a sustainable and scalable vision of operational design in a fintech space, bridging the Operations team with needs for digital transformation
• Champions continuous improvement within the team, for both process efficiency and process control
