Product Manager, Disbursements

Join GCash as a Product Manager for Disbursements and drive the growth and usage of disbursement products among partners, defining product strategies and delivering data-driven solutions to improve product performance.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in FinTech or Banking is an advantage but not required
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into business recommendations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Experience in financial management or P&L reporting is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and leadership when working with internal and external stakeholders
