Strategy Execution Lead

Drive strategy and execute initiatives to support growth and revenue at GCash, a leading FinTech company in the Philippines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and monitor progress. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy execution, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial services or lending industry is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of adaptability and responsiveness to dynamic business needs
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus
