Custodial Supervisor

Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is a nationwide team providing jobs for people with significant disabilities, including our war-wounded veterans. The Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the oversight and management of assigned governmental contracts, providing quality customer service, and interacting with customers and team members. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in custodial services
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role
• Experience dealing with government personnel/customers concerning contracted services
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.)
• Good management communication (writing and verbal) and people skills
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and insurable under the corporate policy
• Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job
