Job Description
GCO Partners is seeking an External Audit Senior to support UK-based audit engagements from Johannesburg. The role requires a qualified professional with 2-3 years of experience in external audit, preferably with UK GAAP experience. The opportunity offers meaningful exposure to international audit environments, integration into high-performing global teams, and structured collaboration and professional growth.
Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA), ACCA or CIMA
- Minimum 2-3 year's post-articles external audit experience within a professional services environment
- Proven UK GAAP audit experience (essential), with a focus on SME / owner-managed entities
- Demonstrated experience leading audit sections or full engagements
- Ability to work independently with strong accountability and ownership
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-management capability
- Proficiency in audit tools (CaseWare, CCH, ProAudit, Inflow) and Microsoft Office
